Chelsie Coaster Reinforces Customer Focus Through Her Field Work

We have the world’s best customers, and we are very protective of them. When making business decisions, we always ask ourselves and our partners “how will this impact our customers?” Chelsie Coaster, MS, RD, CDE, is one of Tandem’s Clinical Diabetes Specialists. She has lived with diabetes for 25 years. After her diagnosis, Chelsie knew she wanted to become an educator to help positively impact the lives of families living with diabetes. Here she shares examples of how she is able to reinforce Tandem’s customer focus through her field work.

Customer Technical Support Specialists share what it’s like to work at Tandem

Customer Technical Support Specialists at Tandem respond to and manage technical support calls and emails, helping troubleshoot issues for pump users and their families. They investigate problems on an individual basis, thoroughly document each issue, and collaborate with Tandem field representatives across the country to ensure that each patient receives a timely and satisfactory resolution. They are also customer advocates who represent the customer’s needs internally. They’re looking to grow their team.

Working with Tandem for over 7 years, his role involves designing workflow diagrams and interactive prototypes, as well as exploring regulatory requirements and patient needs for a wide user demographic. He's looking to grow his team.
